King of Joburg season 2’s premiere date and trailer were announced. Netflix SA and Connie Ferguson posted series details on their Instagram accounts.
The anticipated series premieres on January 27th.
“Things are never as they seem in the city of Gold. #KingsOfJoburg Season 2 comes to Netflix on 27 January,” Connie wrote.
The news excites people but it’s reminded many of the late Shona Ferguson who was a lead actor in the series.
Shona confirmed the renewal of the film for season 2 but he died on the 3oth of July 2021, due to Covid complications.
Tributes have been sent to the late star as many anticipate the premiere of the new season.
