Emma Fassie has gained new fans and supporters as people like Black Coffee, Gigi Lamayne, and a slew of other tweeps are blown away by her angelic voice. Instead, fans have urged her to play Brenda Fassie in her biopic if and when it is made.

Emma Fassie is Brenda Fassie’s niece and although the pair never met each other since Mabrrr has already passed when Emma was only six years old. However, what has struck scores of the tweeps is the resemblance between Emma and the late, Brenda Fassie.

Emma who has already released her EP titled After Hours is still trying to find her feet in the music industry. However, she already has people like Grammy Award winner DJ Black Coffee endorsing her talent.

Although many Twitter users are wondering if Emma Fassie is Bongani Fassie’s daughter, she is not. Brenda and Bongani Junior are Bongani’s two children. If Emma Fassie’s aunt is Brenda Fassie, then Bongani and Emma are cousins.
