Sithelo Shozi accuses Andile Mpisane and his mother, Shaun Mkhize, of kidnapping her eldest child.
The DJ claimed that her baby daddy and his mother were involved in the kidnapping of her daughter, Florence.
The court papers revealed that the mission included Police Minister Bheki Cele.
Sithelo and Andile have two children: Florence, three, and Coco Likuwe, one.
In the Johannesburg High Court, the mother of three filed an abduction case against them.
It was reported that Shozi dropped Florence off at Shauwn’s house because she wanted to see the little girl, but the businesswoman took advantage of the situation and took the little girl for herself.
It was also revealed that Flo had been relocated to Durban, and Shozi has yet to meet her child since March 2022.
“For over ten months now, there has been no further communication [on her illness] … It’s clear that [Mpisane and Mkhize] had ulterior motives — which is to abduct [her]” Sithelo stated in her 24-page affidavit.
“I would often have a WhatsApp video call, but I have since been blocked by the helper and have no access to the child at all,” the DJ revealed.
“I cannot bring myself to negotiate a settlement concerning my child and her abductors.
“I would have been amenable to entertain any settlement negotiations with [Mpisane] if the child is returned home where she should be”.
