Following Sonia Mbele’s statement addressing the abuse allegations leveled against her son, Donell Mbele, Sithelo took to social media to praise Sonia and criticize Shauwn Mkhize.
Shauwn became popular due to the disparity in responses from both mothers after their sons were involved in abuse scandals.
Sonia was heartbroken after her son Donell was exposed as an abuser by his girlfriend.
She stated that she wants her son to face the music, which includes, among other things, therapy and healing.
However, the statement differs significantly from Shauwn’s response to the abuse scandal involving Andile Mpisane.
Shauwn Mkhize stated that Sithelo accused Andile of abuse and stated that he would sometimes do it in front of his family.
Sithelo took to Twitter to commend Sonia on how she handled the situation publicly.
