Shauwn Mkhize, MaMkhize’s adoring fans are in for a treat, as she is said to be filming the second season of her reality TV show, Kwa Mam’Mkhize.
A source told Zimoja that the multi-millionaire, who is also the president of PSL side Royal AM, has been developing content for the show. This includes her recent family vacation to the Maldives and her lavish launch party for her memoir, My World, My Rules.
Her stepdaughter, Sbahle Mpisane, and son, Andile Mpisane, will appear in the first season. Tha Simelane, a socialite and close friend, will also be a regular.
It’s unclear whether her other buddies, Idols SA judge Somizi and influencer Kefilwe Mabote, will appear in the new season.
The season is also expected to include Andile’s wedding to Tamia Mpisane, as well as the turmoil involving the Royal AM chairman and his baby mom, DJ Sithelo Shozi.
“She is going to address the issues around the former couple and it will also show the different side of Andile, his business interests as well as his family side with his wife and kids,” said the source.
Andile and Sithelo have been in and out of court since last year, when the Forever DJ claimed that the player had physically harmed her during their relationship. The Daily Sun reported earlier this year that Sithelo obtained a protection order against Andile after discovering that he was reportedly stalking her.
Flo and Coco are the former couple’s two daughters. Andile and his wife Tamia have another daughter, Miaandy.
MaMkhize opened up about her failed marriage to former Metro cop Sbu Mpisane, the father of both Andile and Sbahle, in season one.
Despite the fact that MaMkhize has reclaimed her surname, she and Mpisane are still legally married because they are disputing their divorce in court. The former couple still lives in the upscale La Lucia mansion, albeit on different wings of the estate.
When asked about her show, MaMkhize chuckled and stated, “Eish, uyabheda wena (You are talking nonsense)”
