Nandipha Magudumana – or Dr Nandi – and her alleged boyfriend Thabo Bester have fled to South Africa, leaving behind a multi-million rand mansion.
The house, which is located in the affluent suburb of Hyde Park, was allegedly stripped of its furnishings last week when the couple fled.
The house, according to reports, is worth R12 million and is in the same neighborhood as Cyril Ramaphosa’s Johannesburg home.
Dr. Nandi is accused of assisting Bester in faking his death and escaping from prison in May 2022. She is also accused of co-owning several businesses with the convicted rapist, murderer, and con artist.
This week, several media houses visited the Hyde Park property where Dr Nandi and Thabo Bester allegedly took up residence together.
The alleged couple also lived with Nandipha’s two daughters, whom she shares with her legally married husband, Vuyo Magudumana.
Dr Nandi is a celebrity aesthetics doctor and the owner of Optimum Medical Aesthetics Solutions in Sandton.
News24 reports that the luxury boasts the following specs.
- All white trimmings, furnished with high ceiling, oversized windows, and skylights
- A designer kitchen fitted with marble countertops and floors
- Four bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms
- A pool, tennis court, and entertainment room
- Three garages

According to eNCA’s Silindelo Masikane, Thabo Bester and Dr Nandi had rented multiple properties from the property developer, many of which were for commercial use.
The property developer, who refused to be identified, also claims they met Bester in August 2022. Bester used an alias, TK Nkwana, and alleged he was Dr Nandi’s husband.
According to the property developer, Dr Nandi owes R800 000 in unpaid rent.
On her Instagram account, the celebrity aesthetics doctor also shared pics of her lavish home.

‘DO NOT ENTER’ NOTE LEAVES PUBLIC DISTURBED
Meanwhile, News24 reported finding a chilling note in one of the children’s bedrooms. The note reads: “Do not enter. Ever” and is written in a child’s handwriting. The note also contains a drawing of a sad face.
The note is particularly disturbing given that Bester was convicted for the rape of two women in 2011. In 2012 he was sentenced for the murder of his girlfriend, model Nomfundo Tyhulu.
