Full List of SAMA 28 Nominees 2022

The 28th annual South African Music Awards (Samas) announced the nominees on Tuesday morning, 7th of June, 2022 at The Garden Venue Boutique Hotel in Randburg.

The nominees announced fall into over 30 categories, and Zakes Bantwini dominated the list with 7 nominations secured.

The event is a premier music showcase hosted by RiSA. This annual event honours the country’s finest music talent over two days in key categories, as they battle for the South African industry’s highest honour – a statuette at the South African Music Awards.
