Dumi Mkokstad has decided to file a lawsuit against the event’s organizer, Aviwe Gqomfo. This comes after the star was accused of having affairs with other men.
All of this was caused by the singer’s endorsement of Betusile Mcnga for the Ukhozi FM Top 10.
According to Aviwe, the gospel musician did not go to the mountain for initiation as is customary in Xhosa culture.
Aviwe claimed in now-deleted Facebook posts that Dumi Mkokstad had a sexual relationship with other men and that he had not undergone initiation.
Aviwe denied writing any of this when contacted by the blog.
Dumi Mkokstad, on the other hand, revealed that he has filed a lawsuit against the event’s organizer.
“I don’t want to comment further on the matter as I am taking legal action against Gqomfo. I am aware of the allegations he made against me through his Facebook page. It’s a long story to explain why he made those allegations. My lawyer will deal with him,” he told the blog.
