South African DJ Ntombezinhle Jiyane, also known as DJ Zinhle, has mourned the death of 27-year-old Costa Titch, who died just a month after her “baby daddy” AKA.
Costa Tsobanoglou, better known by his stage name Costa Titch, died on Saturday night at the Johannesburg Ultra Music Festival (11 March).
The music festival was held at Johannesburg’s Expo Centre. According to the Weekend Argus, the cause of death has yet to be determined, but there is speculation that the musician died as a result of a seizure triggered by the flashing lights.
The musician was known to have epilepsy, a condition that affects the brain and results in seizures.

The Umlilio hitmaker took to her Instagram Story to mourn the death of Costa Titch and AKA. Rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, popularly known as AKA, was shot dead outside of Wish Restaurant on Florida Road on 10 February. The rapper and DJ Zinhle have a seven-year-old daughter named Kairo Forbes together.
AKA was killed along with his friend chef Tebello Motsoane. DJ Zinhle took to her Instagram Story to mourn the death of both Costa Titch and AKA. She also shared several photos of the pair together. Take a look…

Costa Titch and AKA made music magic on the hit Super Soft. The pair also released a joint album titled You’re Welcome in 2021.
