As a Hip-Hop artist, Cassper Nyovest is probably one of the most important people who helped turn the genre into a business that has made some of its most popular artists rich. Even though his rapping might make people wonder about his writing and freestyling skills. One thing that everyone agrees on about the rapper and businessman is that he is a marketing genius.
As a result, he has started businesses that have made him more than just a rapper. He is now a full-fledged businessman who is well on his way to becoming the first billionaire Hip-Hop artist in South Africa, which is a goal he has set for himself. One of his most recent projects was making a liqueur called Billiato. Who really owns a business has been a question that has been asked over and over again.
Cassper’s ownership of Billiato still in question
A partnership between Makro, Cassper Nyovest’s Billiato, and controversial podcaster and Nyovest troll MacG’s Grandeur was announced earlier this week. The news brought in a lot of money for the proudly black-owned liquor stores. It also brought MacG and Nyovest together in public for the first time.

But Cassper, who was always a businessman, used the engagement on his timeline to help his other businesses. From teasing the big plans he has for his pioneering celebrity-meets-boxing fanfare, which is set to continue as it is if Cassper accepts the challenge by his next touted opponent after TKOing Priddy Ugly, Big Zulu.
I’m working on something very very very big with the boxing. I’m just trying to set up the funding for it now . It’ll take me about 2 years to set it up but once we launch we changing the game. https://t.co/yfaQVaBXkH

Nyovest also said that his homecoming concert, “Fill Up,” in December 2022 at Mmabatho Stadium is already 50% sold out. This is because Fill Up isn’t supposed to come back for another month, which just means more money for the person who wants to be a billionaire.
We gonna sell out quicker than I thought. We haven’t even put out line up yet and Golden circle about to sell out. #FillUpMmabathoStadium is gonna be a movie !!! Dec 3rd!!! pic.twitter.com/a16Z37JsOe
