DJ Fresh, a South African-based Botswana dj, producer, and entrepreneur, appears to have disputed reports that he has landed a new show to expose light on artists not being paid for their appearances.
This after a fake post suggesting he could present a new show on Moja Love circulated on social media.
The DJ replied that he was unaware of the show.
“I have no idea what this is,” he wrote.

After leaving Metro FM in February, DJ Fresh created a new podcast called WAW (What A Week).
He spoke with GQ about the show’s inspiration and the path he is taking.
“We are podcasting but we aren’t doing it the same way everyone else is. For example, some podcasts might look at stories making headlines from that week but we take a different approach to it, hence we have a comedian come in to chat about those headline stories.
“We are intentional with our interviews, have guests come in and, yes, we will talk about your career and highlights, but we pay special focus to their week. We had Minnie and their movie was in circuit that week, she shared on her work, life, family, and struggles,” he said.
