Arthur Mafokate Received Over R4.5 Million From The Government

After receiving almost R4.5 million from the South African government, Arthur Mafokate enraged many.

In 2022, Mafokate’s daughter Owami earned nearly half a million rand from the Gauteng Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation for her Queendom Media.

Sunday World reported that the Gauteng Department of Sport, Arts, Culture, and Recreation granted Roadshow Marketing an R1.8 million tender. This news enrages social media users, who want the musician arrested.

“We have these many cases of celebrity thieves and politicians. These guys go to court, pay bail, and then the cases get postponed forever. There’s one of Mabuyakhulu’s in KZN since 2012. Till today, a straightforward case of stealing R28m is stuck. This is disgusting,” a tweep wrote.
