Lusanda Mbane Leaves Imbewu The Seed

Lusanda Mbane, an experienced actress, has said that she will leave the popular eTV telenovela Imbewu The Seed. The actress who played Makhosazana left the show after only a year.

She wrote an emotional post on Facebook to tell everyone that she was leaving. No one knows if Makhosazana is dead or not, Lusanda said, but time will tell.

“So this was Makhosazana’s last scene on Imbewu, after which I packed up from Durban and came back home. No one knows if Makhosazana is dead or not, but we leave it there. Let the universe and time decide,” she said

The actress is not leaving TV because she has hinted that she wants to try out her next role . “In the meantime, I get to explore my next character, which is not yet confirmed. I also get to be fully present for my husband and kids. So yes, it’s a wrap,” she wrote

She then talked about her exit storyline, saying that it was hard work and that playing Makhosazana was hard.

“PS: My exit storyline was very taxing, which is why as an actor it is of utmost importance that you stay connected to the source of your gift. “To breathe life to a story about torture and death, like the one of Makhosazana, while making sure you are not swallowed by such energies of darkness, is an intricate balance that you must get right to preserve your sanity. “Pray, phahla or do whatever it is that you do, but your spiritual connection must never break. Otherwise, you start to break,” she added.

We can’t wait to see what happens next. Lusanda is one of the most popular actors in Mzansi, and she does everything she can to impress her fans. She was on Scandal before joining the show, but her character was killed off in July 2021.

She told Drum magazine that she stayed on the show longer because of how interesting she was. “Boniswa probably wasn’t supposed to be on the show for so long. Also, she was a small part when I got the job. Because of how I played the role, I was able to get more storylines, and there were always surprises.
